Who needs MvC2? PC gaming is too superior to get some overrated console game. The Gaming Gods (PC Gamers) were asked if MVC2 would be allowed but they said no, if it's on a console, it's not worthy of being on the PC.

Typically anyone playing on a PC fighter has a joystick anyway, which is the only way to play a real fighter. I've personally never had an issue with using a KB for fighting games.
But, then again, i was very good at DMC4 on PC as well. That was using the KB. Who knows, maybe i'm just that good? Or maybe people exaggerate the 'fighters on the PC are teh suck' comment.;).
