I always get to the step 'connect printer' 4) always after device is connected 5) yes, I have USB key and mouse connected correctly I have followed all you recommendations, however nothing get changed. I think problem is with this device identification by USB code or something like that. Printer is installed, but when I check printers, there is message that 'can't start printer'.seems unconnected. On the other side, printer is recognized by system as unknown device. From these two things it seems to me like system can't make pair between device and drivers and that's the main reason of failure. If I'm correct, can I prove it somehow?
