Hi Mates, A week ago i created a iso image of windows XP sp3 from MDT. I tested it on a virtual machine it's running perfectly. Now i am trying to make a bootable USB from that ISO but obtain no success till now:(. I tried it by rufus it's finishes successfully but when i am going to install a system recurrence of reboot is happened. Does not matter if the offline media contains Win7 or Win XP. It's WinPE 3.0 (or 4.0 if using ADK 8.0) that you boot from, not the actual Windows SKU. When preparing the USB stick, there is no need in even creating or involving the ISO, just copy the the content of the Content folder to it. MDT generates the ISO from that folder, but you don't need the ISO. Can you please post what MDT version you are using (Help / About Microsoft Deployment Workbench), and also post a File Explorer screenshot of the root of your USB stick.

First of all, don't use any external tools, and second, it still sounds to me like you have not create an offline media item in MDT per the article. Anyway, just format the USB stick in Windows, and make it active using, then copy the content from Content folder to it and it becomes bootable. And you are using MDT 2012 Update 1 right? Are you using WAIK or ADK 8.0 with MDT 2012 Update 1? The Content folder should like this, and that content should be copied to the root of your USB stick.
