Fatar Vmk-188 Plus Drivers
Hello Everyone, I have recently purchased a Fatar Studiologic VMK-188 Plus. I have connected it to my PC (WinXP SP2) via the built in USB MIDI interface. Windows successfully recognises the device and installs the built in driver (studiologic does not provide a driver, it is built into the OS) - it appears in Device Manager as a USB Audio Device. Next I open up an app that can use the MIDI controller - eg Cubase or Pianoteq. My problem is that I cannot get any apps to recognise the controller as a MIDI device.
Under the relevant MIDI device settings in each app, the Studiologic doesn't appear as a selectable device. Has anyone had similar problems or perhaps could suggest a possible fix to my problem?
