Winding it wouldn't solve the problem and I couldn't find a solution either on the Theorema site or online so through a series of self help efforts the following is the solution for this watch 1 Set the watch to the correct time date day etc. 2 Wind the watch using the side winder for about 40 revolutions in clockwise rotation 3 Hold the watch in your right and strike it firmly into the stiff palm of your left hand.
